Le Clos Renard Commes, Normandy

The location of the apartment is really quite quiet (only a car drives past now and then) and the interior is comprehensive. However: it was not clean when we arrived. The floors were full of dog hair, as were the washing machine and bed - it was evident that there had been no thorough cleaning beforehand. The electricity was also unstable, and if "too much" light was on while the stove was in use, the fuse would blow. It is also strange that hosts so close to Omaha Beach in the 21st century do not understand/speak a word of English.

VERY NICE HOUSE, WITH A GARDEN AND A PARKING PLACE FOR THE CAR. ONLY LITTLE BEMOL, THE TELE VIA A DISH WHICH BEUGE VERY OFTEN. VERY GOOD WELCOME FROM THE OWNERS, AND THANK YOU FOR THE LITTLE ATTENTION ON OUR ARRIVAL.

Helft vloer blote beton,met een paar matten eronder die onder de kast geschoven zijn.Papier was overal los en zeker 30 jaar oud.De rest van het huisje was niet gepoetst...
