The environment is gorgeous. However, work on the winery begins between 3:00 and 6:00 in the morning. Unfortunately very loud due to the tractors and generators and music. In one bedroom, the plaster trickles onto the bed. While dogs are allowed at the property, they're rarely welcome on a beach.

Very good setting but very dark accommodation. Housing is offered naked contrary to what is often practiced now. Remember to take salt... The residence has potential but is well neglected. The bedside table to the left of the bed is being eaten by worms. Sawdust accumulates on the feet. Few windows, dark paintings, a green mosquito net in the kitchen, 2 very sad paintings too. A little cheerfulness wouldn't be too much. No telephone network. Access road in poor condition.

This apartment and its environment need to be reviewed very extensively before being offered again. - no hooks or coat racks in the bathroom. - lack of chairs (2 are broken) - bedside lamps do not work. - coffee table to be screwed - no wifi (repeater does not work) inadmissible in 2022. - kitchen mixer to be reattached. - 3 bowls for 4 people... - exterior abandoned (grass, tree branches in front of the door.

Sheltered, nestled in the vineyards, but close to the sea. Ideal for cycling or hiking. Manager on site, very nice!

It is a pleasant apartment in a quiet domain with the possibility of eating outside thanks to the table and bench facilities plus a barbecue which is unfortunately not very well maintained. It's nice to come back to the estate in peace after a day of sightseeing or at the beach. Convenient for jogging in the morning.

The description of the house is accurate and truthful. the excellent location. Two small problems: 1) the bathroom with the toilet is microscopic (about 0.80 x 1.00 m) not shown in the photos. 2) a dog owned by the owners, or someone who works in the vineyard, placed in an enclosure adjacent to the house that barks continuously.
