We stayed in the apartment for 1 week and felt comfortable. It is modernly furnished and in a sunny location. The second bathroom (with washing tower) could not be used, however, since it smelled badly (despite the fan being switched on).

Accommodation, facilities, location, cleanliness all great. Unfortunately, the crucial mail with the code for the key box (installed on site) was not sent to us. Since the apartment is not available before 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, we did not intervene in this regard. On the pleaded 24-hour emergency number there is unfortunately only a tape recording from 1600. Not so fun waiting for the data at 30 degrees with a baby. It was only with luck that we were able to reach someone in the Ticino office.

The apartment is in a great location, you can do a lot on foot. Please urgently change the toilet brushes. And in the bathroom/shower/ not that bad, but if you use an eraser sponge, the joints always stay nice

Beautiful, practical and modern apartment for a comfortable stay in Locarno. Quiet but still central location, beautiful interior and decoration, optimal cleanliness especially in Corona times. Convenient parking in EH. Highly recommended.

Newer great apartment, but with already small flaws. For example, a store is defective. Toilet seats do not fit toilets. Table lamp does not burn, loose contact. The water cannot be stored in the kitchen wash tub. The lock is removed from the entrance door of the house. Accessible to everyone. So there were young people with beer in the stairwell. Despite everything, we liked it.
