The accommodation is very centrally located. In a few minutes you are on the Piazza Grande, at the Falconeria or at the Lido. We are always in Locarno and in this location.

Great apartment for short and long term stays. Well located within walking distance to the lake, old town, shopping and restaurants. Overall quiet location, some noise from the school buildings, which is not disturbing and only during school hours. Bright apartment, sun on the balcony in February from around 1:30 p.m. to sunset. Apartment is very well and comfortably furnished, you feel comfortable immediately. Very clean. Uncomplicated handover of keys with a safe in the mailbox.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht. Sie ist gut gelegen und das Zentrum von Locarno ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, speziell auch in der Nacht. Betten sind bequem und die Internetleitung hält bequem 2 Laptops mit parallelen Videokonferenzen aus. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten, falls das gewünscht ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The apartment was good except for these points: - It has no air conditioning and when it was 30° outside it was then permanently 26° inside... - Checkout in the morning at 9:30 a.m. and from 9:15 a.m. the cleaning lady is almost a bit of a hustle cheeky when you have to clean everything up. (It's not a hotel room) Thank you and best regards

Nice well located apartment with excellent beds. Unfortunately very warm in the summer and a bit noisy, since there is a school in the front and one in the back and the balcony side is also used as a meeting place until late at night - even outside the holiday season. Frying pans only made of metal, in which everything burns without liters of oil. Missing microwave and baking gloves, so no vessels for the oven. Far too few dishes for the dishwasher.

Overall, we really liked the apartment. It is modern, spacious, clean and very well located. The only downside is the spartan kitchen. In addition, we would appreciate it very much if oil, sugar, spices, etc. were already available.

The apartment is centrally located yet quiet and is equipped to a very high standard. Recommendation: take your bikes with you! So you can get to the lake and the promenade even faster.

We enjoyed our stay in Locarno. The apartment is in a quiet location. You can quickly walk to the old town or the lake. The apartment is very nice and well furnished. Unfortunately, it was very warm in the apartment.

I can only recommend the spacious, modern and bright apartment! It was clean and in great condition. The falcon show in Locarno can be reached in five minutes on foot and the city center of Locarno can also be easily reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The film festival was practically on our doorstep and was a great event! I would use this apartment again in a heartbeat.

The apartment corresponded to the pictures on the internet. A normal coffee filter would not be a luxury, for example we do not use coffee capsules. In the bathroom I (woman) missed a magnifying mirror, which is actually already standard.
