Spacious and bright, renovated in 2019, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, flat screen and radio. Exit to the balcony, to the patio.

Beautiful apartment less than a 10-minute walk from the charming old town center by the water. It's also a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area.

The house is very well located. Migros, pharmacy, restaurant, and the lake are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment was clean and functionally furnished. It's quite noisy, not only from other floors, but also inside the apartment. It was also very hot. Unfortunately, there were no insect screens on the windows. Opening them immediately let in a lot of mosquitoes. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped (no toaster, few utensils).

We had a lovely week's holiday in Ascona. The apartment was very well equipped and in a great location. You could reach everything on foot - shopping, the swimming pool, the lake/promenade. Simply great!

Beautiful apartment.. Exactly like in the pictures.. Were in the I-5 raised parter with direct access to the private patio.. Everything was fine :-) gladly again

The apartment is well furnished for a holiday home. Has enough crockery and is functionally furnished without any frills. Beds/mattresses are very good and we found the apartment very clean. The house is ringproof and so we were grateful that the occupancy was not complete :-) Due to Covid-19 there was no personal contact on site. Therefore no rating. But the correspondence was very good and everything was well prepared.

Beautiful and well furnished holiday apartment in a central yet quiet residential area. There were two of us and we were absolutely satisfied in every respect. The apartment would still be quite comfortable for 4 people, but also possible for 6 people with certain restrictions. Friendly and courteous employees in the administration (Ms. F. and colleague).

For our needs, couple plus teenage daughter plus dog, ideal because it is quiet and beautifully located, spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, comfortable and well-kept facilities. Certainly again our next holiday home when we come back to Ascona.
