2 families 2+2. Old stone house far from civilization. Beautiful surroundings and view. Basically 2 separate houses next to each other. Possibility of burning in the fireplace and swimming in the pool despite the fact that it was after the season and it was not heated, but for those who want nothing is difficult (stay 28. 10-4. 11). The owner is very nice and easy. Although she only speaks Italian, we managed to communicate using a translator.. It was even funny. It was a stay in the Tuscan atmosphere.

16 km from Cortona, this destination consists of 2 separate buildings on a hill in the middle of the forest. If you are looking for absolute peace and seclusion, this is the place for you. Nature offers almost all of the animals of Tuscany - even around the house - we had wild boars, badgers, foxes, porcupines and scorpions in the house. The journey from the road to the house is child's play for drivers experienced in the Paris-Dakar. The tap water is sufficient for showering but not for drinking.

If it is to visit Tuscany, it is too far from the excursion points. We had average weather and had to heat up as it was 15C in both houses. The very efficient gas heating, nevertheless cost 320 euros more to be paid in cash on the day of departure. The house is also very quiet, it is divided into 2 independent houses. The equipment is basic and the beds are average. But we had fun finding ourselves in a beautiful and wild countryside.

Beautiful apartment, impressive landscape and views. Unfortunately, the sight and supermarket are difficult to reach: 30 minutes on a winding road. Signposted hiking trails are paved roads.

The property is very secluded in a beautiful area. An outdoor seating area with a large table invites you to linger and eat together in the cool shade. The pool is very clean and has comfortable loungers. The 2 houses were ideal for 2 families. On the way to the main road you will meet wild boars, foxes and many other animals. Those who like seclusion will get their money's worth.

Overall the stay was great, the only exception being the lack of mosquito nets in the rooms and air conditioning. During our stay it was very hot and a little cool in the rooms would have been great. Overall everything was perfect, even the owner was exceptional in satisfying our every request.
