Kitchen shutter broken in closed position. Extractor hood that doesn't work, impossible to cook. Outlets torn off. Wall as thick as cigarette paper... Located right next to a train station, windows closed, you can hear the train announcements, every time the train passes the apartment vibrates... In short, bad experience, disappointed..
