The condition of the bathrooms is not great (completely moldy joints, shower that regularly clogs, etc.). In addition, very few dishes are available, which complicates operation, especially when a dishwasher is available. The air conditioner is poorly placed and is not enough to cool the bedrooms, the dining room and the living room. On the plus side, the residence is extremely pretty and well maintained, the swimming pool is pleasant, as are the outdoor spaces.

The pool area is absolutely fantastic, and the location, just 5 minutes from the beach, is perfect. The apartment is generally in good condition and well-equipped. The dining table on the balcony only had two chairs, one of which was completely broken. These were only replaced on the second-to-last day of the holiday. On the other balcony, two armchairs were completely broken and unusable and were not replaced.

The location, the pool area, the views... Even though the terrace furniture is a bit old, it was a magnificent holiday.

A lovely comfortable apartment in a quiet area. The elevator is very convenient as it is on the third floor, but gives a lovely view over the pool garden and the distant hilltops. Very conveniently situated to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The complex is almost a park and very well maintained. The large pool is beautiful and is cleaned daily.
