The town of Calpe has everything to offer, shops, restaurants, beautiful beaches. The house is a bit away from everything, so you definitely need a car. The entrance to the property is difficult to drive on for a larger car. (Steep uphill and around the corner at the same time) The house, grounds and pool were clean and well maintained. The pool is very deep which was very nice for us (adults only). There is air conditioning in 2 bedrooms only. Very hot in summer.

We thought the house is fantastic. The kitchen is a little small, but the rest is very large, comfortable and quite well preserved. The outdoor area is very large and well maintained. It has quite a few stairs, yes.

The area is quiet, the house for disabled people is not adapted, in terms of stairs. The appliances are old, the dishwasher did not work, and the motor was running all the time and with a strong smell. The house smelled closed and damp, and on the ground floor many, but many crawling and flying critters, the normal pool, also has no railing for a person with difficulties who can get out easily

House with a lot of space, a very nice and functional farm. You need a car to go to town, to shopping or to the beach. It should be noted that in the pool, except on the stairs, an adult of 1m70 barely stands.

Very pleasant house. Very calm environment during our 2 week stay. Few houses are occupied. The swimming pool is the major asset of this large and very well oriented house. Water temperature varying between 27 and 31 degrees. Very large terrace with a patiot allowing to take the lunches. 2 Weak POINTS: The kitchen is small compared to the square footage of the house. Only the 2 bedrooms located in the basement are air-conditioned (house on 2 levels) the living rooms are located at the terrace level

The house is almost perfect for small family. Upstairs should be atleast 1 air conditioning so that it won´t get so warm during night time. Otherwise we really loved the place.

Lack of air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom and in the living room and dining room and impossible to open the large window of the living room otherwise impossible to close it. shutters difficult to open. Green swimming pool 3 days the person had to come back 3 times in a week, too bad. Gate no keys and to hold it must put pebbles and garage door welded on one side. Otherwise good villa overall and well equipped but too expensive for the current condition. Internet has no good luck that we had roaming to give on our phones Interhome team at the top and responsive
