La Garance

1. Run-down kitchen, partially broken. 2. Refrigerator completely gone and filled with old food. 3. Seating (space) for 9 people not enough. 4. Toilets and bathrooms not lockable. 5. Only 2 rooms have air conditioning. According to the brochure, all bedrooms. 6. Pool and outdoor area very unkempt, dirty and in some cases risk of injury due to broken tiles and deck chairs. 7. No pool boy during our week. 8. The overall impression was very disappointing. Absolutely poor value for money.

The property would have required a good cleaning and tidying up of the garden. The facilities were good but the property was a mess, including many burnt out bulbs, broken sockets and a bad smell in the downstairs toilet. The property was difficult to find, the car's navigation system only suggested a really steep and narrow road. The person who gave the key only spoke French.

Beautiful spacious house in a beautiful location. Some overdue maintenance. (broken screens, running doors, curtain rings defective) In the downstairs bathroom is missing a shower screen so everything gets wet. Beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen with bbq. Lots of privacy. Beautiful garden. The road to it is steep and narrow requires some steering skills. Despite flaws, we enjoyed our stay in La Garange with 8 adults and two children.

Very clean, well-equipped villa, perfect for a pleasant stay with friends. Access is however quite difficult but apart from that, nothing to complain about.

Beautiful property with space for 10 people, beautiful garden, beautiful and large swimming pool, not overlooked, quiet area. Access by small sloping alleys a little difficult, and a pity that the house is not sufficiently maintained because the potential is enormous. Insufficient WIFI. There remains a good address on the heights of Grasse.

The house is very nice and is very quiet. The pool is large and the garden with old trees is very inviting. Unfortunately, the good impression fades when you take a closer look... The sun loungers by the pool are old, rusty and sagging. The awning is old and has mold spots, tears in the fabric are already visible. In the upstairs bedroom is an old, dingy carpet that is peeling at the edges. The cupboards are full of glasses and crockery but not 4 fit together.
