Housing very well placed 100m from the beaches but not the most comfortable when it's hot. Indeed, an air conditioning is present but requires the continuous opening of a bay window during its use. The sun giving the afternoon on the facade, one cannot sleep without using it. The street being quite noisy, the nights are not the most restful. Level amenities, it's ok.
