A very nice, well-equipped house in a quiet location. Still within walking distance to the center (e.g. 900m to the tourist information). In a few minutes you are on the national route for excursions towards the coast or inland. Very good internet connection, but the WiFi is sometimes very bad.

The house is really huge, the rooms are very well maintained, clean, modern and tastefully decorated. TV in all rooms! The kitchen is perfectly equipped right down to the Nespresso coffee machine. Cutlery and crockery in pristine condition and plentiful. The property is located in a quiet villa area on a hillside and is completely secluded through the tall, old trees. The expressway can be heard in the distance, but you can sleep with the window open without any problems.

We have just spent a week with the family in this magnificent house. The interior is modern and fully consistent with the photos. There is plenty of space in the living area but also in the bedrooms. The house is very well equipped, complete; the video library is impressive; the dressing room is very well equipped; the bathrooms are very nice. You can cook without problem, there is everything you need, it is very significant. The center of Morlaix is within walking distance. Brilliant!

The accommodation is just beautiful. The house promises what can be seen in the photos. Our expectations were met! The only thing to consider is that the house is relatively noisy. The drawn walls are not really soundproof. With a wide car, the driveway to the house becomes a cm game. The entrance gate is quite narrow. With an Audi A4 it was very tricky! Otherwise the house is great and the location is very nice and quiet. The on-site processing went absolutely smoothly.

The cottage is well equipped. It is modern and attractively furnished. Kitchen, bathrooms and beds are very good. The only point of criticism: A folder with a few practical tips about the house (e.g. technical devices such as dryers, heating) and waste disposal, shopping, emergency addresses and a few regional tips on Morlaix and the surrounding area would be helpful even in times of Google and Co.Der Administrator was always available via SMS. Morlaix is conveniently located for activities on the north coast of Bretagne. We felt very comfortable.
