Sunny terrace overlooking lovely large pool and over trees and rooftops to the sea. House is 5 min drive to Sainte maxime & 40 minute walk. Bikes for guest use would have been great. The house itself has everything working, including A/C in the bedrooms, however it is very rustic and in need of some love & comforts. For example, outside sun loungers only 4 mis-matching and old; 8 plastic chairs at table, bedrooms very basic. More shade o/s needed.

Beautiful location, gorgeous sunrise, sea and beach within 10 mins walk, large pool - unfortunately we didn't have pool service which showed in the pool after a few days. You can tell that the house is no longer used privately - a bit loveless and inadequate kitchen equipment. The white plastic set (table and chair) is not very pleasant, one chair was already broken upon arrival. Nevertheless, a very nice holiday for our large family!
