The apartment is OK. Cleanliness (inside the apartment) was okay. But... the four dining room chairs were terrible (they were worn out, the faux leather was only partially intact and crumbled with every use). At home, this would be a case for the bulky waste. The two balconies were dirty, some of the chairs were broken, as was a metal cabinet (rusted, door broken). In summary, it wasn't very inviting. The owners need to invest a bit again.

The apartment is nice and big. Unfortunately, you can hear a lot of other tenants from the basement, so it's almost impossible to sleep in.

No broom. Vacuum cleaner broken. You couldn't dispose of rubbish. There was no key for it. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Cobwebs everywhere. Hallway smelled musty. Some of the steps were loose or wobbly.

We felt good...

Everything is fine

Very clean and spacious apartment. Great facilities, about 600 meters to the beach. We'd love to come back.

Large apartment, but not very clean, small water damage in the Urlsubzeit, the two balconies are positive

The apartment is very nice and exactly as described. The pillows and mattress covers could do with replacing as they have stains and the toilet flush isn't exactly the newest anymore. Otherwise everything was clean and everything you need was there.
