In need of maintenance (rotton handrail alongside steps in garden, not all windows open or shut fully) and needs cleaning (stains on rugs, dust etc).

Very quiet holiday home with a wonderful view of the surrounding area. Because of the parking lot a little further away and the stairs to the house, you should be a good walker.
