The house itself is great, the kitchen equipment is great, the outdoor covered seating equipment is great (it leaks in several places when it rains). Game room - for the extra money you pay, you get a nice equipped room with billiards and darts + a well-equipped bar. If only the room wasn't full of smokers (we ventilated it all week and it didn't work). However, pay attention to the photos regarding the garden and equipment. However, this does not match the photos. It would be nice to update the photos. Otherwise ok.

Every winter we visit the family... in this cottage. And every year we are surprised anew. What this family has invested in this house, but for this holiday bargain and for 10 people, that's just amazing. The house is clean, very well equipped, with a new, beautiful fireplace, a large plot of land, etc... A small consumption is nearby, which is necessary for everyday life.

The house and the grounds are very well maintained, very clean and fully furnished. You immediately have the feeling of having arrived at home. Super nice welcome and tour with explanations. Cold beer in the fridge and pastries as a welcome gift. Fly nets on the windows, pictures and wall decorations, full kitchen with everything you need. Large garden with many children's toys. Overall perfect.

We were there for the second time and everything was great. Everything is really available in the house. The pool is great, the billiard room was used in the evenings. Our dogs also felt very comfortable. Always happy ... not to forget the landlord, friendly and helpful!

This is the second time we have stayed at the accommodation in Kvasiny. It is highly recommended. The facility is a bit older, but partly newly equipped with an electric stove, TV... To the outdoor area: There is a pool with a large garden, swings and trampoline for children and a volleyball court. We booked the billiard room and didn't regret it. Simply great and to be recommended. We will come back in any case.

Property with large, fenced plot. Four bedrooms for 10 people. The inventory is excellent, e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, 2 coffee machines, etc. So all in all an excellent, clean holiday home, ideal for relaxing and ending the day. Were already a few times with 5 people and dog in this object and will continue to come there. The nice hosts alone are worth a visit. Many thanks to the landlord.
