The apartment is very good, clean, well equipped and well cared for. The community facilities are very good too. Negative: both the sofa and the double bed are very uncomfortable. The springs of the bed were noticeable when lying down, which has made it difficult to rest properly.

Great in terms of location, urbanization and size for 4 occupants. We travel my family of 4 and we have been very spacious. But the apartment is "spartan". It is functional but sometimes it does not fulfill this basic function: the terrace table is too small for 4 people, there are no standing lights in the living room, very insufficient kitchen utensils and in poor condition. It could be remedied with very little investment and a little care and affection so that the stay was completely pleasant.

Very complete apartment, all exterior, and all the necessary services, although air conditioning is missing. Very green and well-kept garden and pool exteriors. The beach quite close. Perfect to relax. The service of the agency for the rental without any problem although the key collection point is a bit far and the indications to find the access through the garage are non-existent The smell of detergent when arriving a little strong, especially in the refrigerator, but cleansed

We really liked the whole environment. The complex was very well maintained, the apartment was large, the furnishings left something to be desired. Very Spartan, a small sofa, 1 table, 6 chairs, that's it. Unfortunately no German television. (Wasn't offered either). Coffee machine had to be replaced. No corkscrew available. Some roller blinds no longer work properly. The joints in the shower room should be renewed. One more remark about handing over the keys: The employee is very friendly, the route sketch to the apartment would have to be revised to be a little more precise. My rating sounds a bit petty, but we still had a very nice vacation, the things mentioned are just minor things that could easily be turned off.

It is a perfect place to rest and relax next to a very good and clean beach. Gardens, swimming pool and very beautiful surroundings. The apartment is spacious but the equipment in the kitchen could be improved: toaster, juicer, cooking knives etc and include some more furniture in the living room and bedrooms: lamps, a side table with the sofa in the living room to be a little more comfortable. Apart from this everything very clean. The wifi works fine. It is a highly recommended area because it has a variety of activities for all ages and Denia is close ... worth a visit.
