The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cabourg, 12 km.

Disappointed by the cleanliness of this accommodation…I don't think that the broom was passed because there was a lot of sand….the bathroom was moderately clean, especially around the sink. This is the first time that I have been disappointed with Interhome because in June I went to Pontaillac and the service was excellent.

Nice view of the sea, a rudimentary bathroom but above all you have to travel 13 km there and back to collect and return the keys. Attention, 3rd floor without lift.

Very nice apartment with neat decoration and very well equipped. The photo corresponding to the patio is perfectly chosen. Totally cozy with an ideal view of the sea whose proximity is very significant. Small flat: the car park next to the residence is paying in July and August and is very expensive. Be sure to place yourself in the perpendicular streets.

the accommodation is clean, very well located with a nice view. it is a little too invaded by useless objects (bread machine for example), box of whiskey bottles...., and has only 4 forks and 3 spoons. overall we had a very good stay. the welcome from the interhome staff was perfect

Small, compact apartment with all mod cons. The 2 terraces ensure that you can always choose the sun, but also the shade. Terrace with glass can be used partly open or completely closed; nice in bad weather

This is a lovely apartment very well equipped everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Excellent location with fabulous views towards the beach. Clean and tidy on our arrival. It should be made aware that this apartment is not suitable for elderly or persons with mobility problems as there are three flights of steep steps to the apartment. The entrance door needs painting and a new door mat is required to make the apartment look more attractive on arrival.

Rather disappointed because more negative points than positives: Positive side, the closed terrace with view on the sea, the hammock and the decoration, the calm Negative side, a cramped and badly arranged bathroom (ex: no carpet at the exit of the shower and toilet right next to the shower and nothing to dry the towels). A poorly equipped kitchen (hotplates, coffee maker and microwave only), a fridge that gave up a lot of water. A room with an uncomfortable bed that did not allow us to sleep properly (board with mattress on top and a headboard that is placed in a hurry) A barely comfortable sofa. The overall condition of the apartment is average and would deserve a minimum of renovation

Very nice apartment overall. POSITIVE POINTS: Apartment very well located and quiet. Superb view. Very functional and modern apartment. There are great benefits that could take on their full meaning if the negative points below were resolved. NEGATIVE POINTS BEDDING: The mattress needs to be reviewed. We sink into the middle. The mattress sheet was dirty and full of hair. So we removed it. CLEANLINESS ON ARRIVAL: Very light cleaning. The apartment was not clean and the fridge not very clean. We had to clean everything when we arrived to be able to feel comfortable. GARBAGE: The garbage room is always closed, so it is impossible to throw garbage bags. We were forced to throw them in town in a container. DELIVERY OF KEYS: Too bad to have to go to Cabourg to pick up the keys (25 mins by car)... WIFI: No WIFI. Image for an apartment of this standing.

In the pictures the apartment looked much bigger. It was small but adequate; there was everything in it. The bedroom in particular was very small. In our opinion, the mattress needs to be replaced; it showed 'dimples'. The view and the location of the apartment was perfect!!! Villers sur Mer is a very nice and cozy place. The key transfer was not convenient for us because we first had to go to Interhome Cabourg; that was an extra two hours of travel for pick-up and return.
