Unfortunately, we have to give a negative review. As soon as we entered, we noticed that an unpleasant smell was coming towards us. The rooms were dirty and the inventory was totally outdated and worn. Most of the kitchen utensils are badly worn and you wouldn't want to eat off of them. The fly screens are broken and the shower in the bathroom is broken. This complaint was written in 2022 and nothing has been changed. So this is just about income.

Very quiet place, nice friendly host Maria. Very clear water 100m from the house. And only 10km from the city of Zadar. We had a very nice holiday.

Very dark rooms, bathroom shower defective, various holders defective, bad smell of drains in the whole apartment. Entire apartment very dirty, mold in the coffee maker/fridge

We felt very comfortable. The decor was not ultra modern, but perfectly fine. The fly screens on the windows and doors were great. Our hostess was particularly nice. If it fits we'll be back. Thanks very much!
