I have stayed in a few fincas in Mallorca but this was by far the worst. - The finca was not handed over on the day of arrival. The landlord only showed up on the day of departure to collect the tourist tax. - Poor general condition. Lots of weeds around the finca and the pool. One toilet flush broken, shower heads calcified, basic equipment such as dishcloths, dishwasher tabs etc. not available. Poor to no WiFi in the rooms. No response from the landlord by email.

No air conditioning while you would expect that for this price, the water kept running in 2 toilets when you flushed, the shower tap in 1 shower did not stay on so you had to hold the shower in your hand. The stove had 3 gas burners of which 2 worked. The frying pans were very bad. Check-out was until 10 am but at 9 am the cleaners were on the doorstep and at 9.15 the next tenants, not very relaxed. The owner never responded to emails, phone calls or whatsapp: annoying! No village with a bakery or something

The finca is as described, very nice and clean. Everything you need to crockery is available. There were only two of us, but the finca can easily accommodate 4-6 people. The pool is great, only the outdoor facilities could still be worked on (planting, weeding, ...) The grill is also great. All in all, a perfect getaway!

Location great, house and facilities great

Very nice spacious finches in a wonderful quiet location. Great pool, everything in very good, well-kept condition. But: - Air conditioning needs to be installed urgently - Parasol stand totally defective

This finca exceeded all of our expectations !!! ... The pool is beautiful, large, refreshing even at over 30 °, the rooms are very well equipped, mattresses are comfortable, except for a spring mattress ... The kitchen is very spartan . E devices top! But only 2 breakfast knives, no small bowls (for tapas). CONCLUSION: BOOK!
