A very nice house that hasn't been worked on for many years. Water problems at the sinks in the bathroom and toilet. Unreliable WiFi. Old TV, bad stove. Kitchen equipment OK. Overall not very clean and a slightly strange smell (burnt cables?). Price-performance ratio not right.

Positive: location, view, size, balcony, house itself, friendly service on site Negative: when we were there, the heating didn't work or barely worked. The water in the kitchen sink had to run forever to get hot water. In the bathroom, the faucet on the washbasin produced a stream as thick as a pencil, and only cold water. It worked quite well in the shower, but the jet of water there was also rather poor. Coffee maker very slow. Overall not very clean and worn.

The accommodation was adequate in size and furnishings and comfortable. Especially the kitchen equipment was good, even with a small freezer. The beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The landlord/Hausmeid was very nice and accommodating.
