San Rocco a Mare Portoferraio, Tuscany

A little lacking compared to last year.

I fully confirm the assessments expressed, but I point out and recommend actions: 1) One of the two bathrooms described is unusable due to breakdown. 2) Air conditioning on the upper floor out of order. 3) In the bathroom there is no support surface and any hanger 4) In the master bedroom a bedside table without reading light 5) In front of the entrance gate of the house, large road hole with danger of falling.

I had a very good time, very comfortable and welcoming home ..

The house was not clean, little light, and the bathroom was very small.

Simple, functional but the parking lot is dangerous (not fenced) by the landlady quick briefing and was not seen again. Even on the day of departure nobody was there to hand over the keys. Heavy rain caused flooding (minimal). Otherwise recommended for this price.
