La Canonica Villa 3

We stayed there for 8 nights with 7 people and had the whole house to ourselves. Lots of space, which was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the house is very noisy, snoring and coughing could be heard in several rooms. Some small repairs are necessary, the kitchen equipment was good. The cutlery was bad. The neighbors' dogs are really not quiet, you need strong nerves here. The house was clean, beds good (some bed frames creak). Great view, vacation was great!

Well located near the lake, pleasant and ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Very nice house. Unfortunately many dogs nearby that bark. Garbage disposal a bit cumbersome.

Description poorly worded about the layout of the house. It is best to look at the apartments individually. The cutlery almost falls apart, kitchens very poorly equipped, innoverer apartment only espresso cups not a normal coffee cup. Sofa bed worn out in the upper apartment, no longer usable for sleeping. The dog opposite barks a lot because he has to sit in the kennel all day. Nice from the outside, but not for 12 people.

Very nicely located house in a lively, friendly place. The house is spacious and well divided. We had rented both apartments for two families. Cosiness is not the strength of the house, there are no comfortable seating areas for outside. The kitchen equipment is extremely poor, the equipment overall functional but qualitatively extremely simple. Ideal for anyone who travels a lot anyway, eats out and actually only stays in the house to sleep.
