Beautiful apartment, very well equipped, playground was also nearby. From Fliess, you can quickly reach the Pitztal and Kaunertal valleys by car. Basically a great area.

The apartment was as it was described. She was equipped with everything you need. You had a very nice view of the mountains. The fact that the window from the children's room is a small tilting window to the bedroom is not so well solved.

Spacious holiday home in a beautiful location. Mattresses and pillows were not so optimal. Otherwise everything available. Nice view of the mountains. Shops in the area available.

Fully equipped, large inventory in the kitchen. Lovely bathroom and living room with comfortable furniture. WiFi is also fine, we had to app the owner twice if she wanted to do a reset and then he did it again. We are going again next year!

At the welcome we were immediately asked what time we would leave the following week. Separating waste is very important to them, if you do not do this properly, they will withhold money from the deposit. The second bedroom is indoor and is ventilated by an upper window in the wall with the other bedroom. There are no night lights. The internet is not fast. The house is higher in the mountains than we expected.

We stayed in the apartment at the ... in January and felt very comfortable. The apartment is new and clean, ideal for us (2 adults and 2 children). We can absolutely recommend the apartment!

the apartment offers much more than the description. nice private parking spot, spacious living room, modern decoration, utensils... Everything was convenient for me and my family with 5 month old baby. The only negative comment i can give is the reliability of the internet. It was okay to some extent like chatting, however it was not reliable enough for making business or video conversations. Installing another router inside the apartment would solve this problem i guess. Would come again.

We spent a wonderful weekend in the "Schloss-Siedlung" in Fliess :-) The contact with the landlords was great (even before arrival), the apartment was in great condition (modern, new, well equipped, very clean). Ideal for 4 people. Large garage available. Very nice location in Fliess with great destinations in the area, supermarket 5 minutes away by car. We would like to come again!!! :-)

We were on a skiing holiday in Tyrol in March and used the apartment because of the good price-performance ratio and the proximity to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area (10 minutes). The apartment is super nicely located in a newly built house on the ground floor. There are many serpentines up to almost 1,200 meters in altitude, which then also ensures a wonderful view. Very nice hosts, everything clean and available, what you need for everyday life. Mini review: no wheat glass

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the host family. The car could go directly into the adjacent garage. Upon entering, it was striking that the apartment is nice and modern and fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and flat screen TV. The apartment was very clean and the beds made. The double bed also slept well. The owners even had some toys ready for our little girl. This apartment is highly recommended!!
