Today the hamlet comprises of some 20 houses. The chalet has two 3-room apartments. The first floor apartment is rented out to guests.

The electric heating in the bathroom is insufficient in winter. The bathroom was cold and uncomfortable to use the shower and toilet. The heater shuts off after a short time due to the thermostat, so in short it's useless. The sifo in the bathroom is leaking, the landlord was aware of this, the landlord provisionally fixed the problem with a dog bowl under the sifo for the water drops. The mattresses in the master bedroom are unhygienic.
