Apartment well located, everything is next door, but air conditioning must be properly installed and good cleaning done. Everything was dirty. Ideally located apartment, needs to be refreshed (bathtub apron that falls, dilapidated electric plates) The bedding is clean and comfortable, the building pleasant.

This is the first time that I am disappointed. A flat without refreshing for many years, even the lighting in the hall is a light bulb hanging on wires. No air conditioning, with three fans that ran like a pack of trucks. a room with a single bed below any criteria. No window, no ventilation, etc. For me, this room is suitable for a dressing room. The only advantage of the apartment is the sea view.
