Sometimes the little things make a difference. With teenagers, working internet is a must. A small travel router doesn't serve the purpose in a house like that. It shouldn't happen that a remote control runs out of batteries right from the start. The kettle was also broken and didn't turn itself off. The size was perfect, and the pool area was also very nice!

The lock on the sliding window was broken so you couldn't lock them. The top screw had simply been pulled out and the cupboards in the kitchen were no longer stiff under the slides.

The house left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. In fact, we had to start by sweeping the terrace and scrubbing the table with a scouring pad. The door to the terrace did not close. I called to tell them and no one came to fix it, so the house was practically open and the Wi-Fi was a disaster. It worked for 10 minutes and then it did.
