We were usually always satisfied, but this time the outside area and the patio furniture and beach chair were very dirty, so we had to clean them first before we could sit outside. And everything went wrong with the tourist tax, it was debited and we paid in cash, even though the booking confirmation said to pay on site, which is what we did.

The location is ok if you don't want to walk to the beach. The equipment is fine except for a few things (no wine glasses, etc.). The worst thing, however, was the cleanliness.. mega cobwebs on the walls and in every corner.. thumb-thick dust on all lamps, etc.. otherwise.. one should mention, that the bathroom can only be used by people of normal weight. It's so narrow that nobody else can handle it.

In itself very clean. Unfortunately, like in every other house, the joints in the shower were covered with mold all over. In the short time to clean it is certainly not doable otherwise. The fridge also had to be cleaned first and the banister was stuck. But otherwise a great place to stay. Lots of green and bearable in the heat.

We (2 adults, 1 toddler) stayed in the property for 4 nights. The accommodation is well equipped in the living and dining area. TV and WiFi worked perfectly. The kitchen was also well equipped for self-sufficiency. The bedroom was perfectly adequate for us adults. However, we found the cot provided as an impertinence. The bed was a camp bed, quite old and the "mattress" was just like a pad of a camp chair.

We have had a great time. There were two of us with a dog. Only the shower was very narrow. We wouldn't recommend the house for 4 adults, but it was perfect for us. Close to the forest and close to the beach. Excellent wifi

Since we have been coming to Zinnowitz for years, we were also very satisfied with this accommodation. The Skanepark is nothing new for us, have been to a few houses. We find the location very good, also for our dog near the forest, the beach is easy to reach via the campsite, the train station is not far and shops are also nearby. The house, with direct parking in front of the door, is well equipped with a washing machine, microwave, WiFi and lots of DVDs etc.

A very nice accommodation in a great location! The house had everything we needed! The only drawback, in our opinion, were the pillows! These were very matted on the inside! These should be replaced! Otherwise we are very satisfied!

Hello, our vacation was nice, but unfortunately there were a few things to complain about, garden chairs were defective, cups in the kitchen were dirty, they offered bicycles that were defective, two chairs were one unfortunately defective. The beach chair was defective, you should do something about it.

Premises were good. Children's room is too small for adults. Bathroom could be about bigger. Location is ideal. Bikes were broken but we had our own. Handcart needs to be repaired.

FH (also DHH 23) is quite good. A bit small for 4 adults. We were with 2 children under 10 years. The bathroom is a bit narrow and the internet didn't work, although the internet wasn't really needed. We had an absolute lack of understanding for the residents of the next house (DHH 22), who used our terrace several times a day as a passage to their family in DHH 25 and did not refrain from doing so, even at our request. Without these "holiday guests" we would love to come back.

Very nice house in a pleasant quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the beach, 3 minutes walk to a restaurant where you can also have breakfast and about 15 minutes to the center. Equipment in the house was very extensive. There were TVs including DVD players and films for young and old. In the kitchen were all the appliances that you know and need from home. There is also a shed with wheels. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer.

We have stayed in another house in this area and knew what to expect. However, our expectations were exceeded. Three bicycles, good internet, a washing machine, order and cleanliness rounded things off. The location is perfect for our taste anyway.

The house is sufficient for a family with 2 children. The way to the beach is about 800 m not too far. Our vacation was very nice. If there is someone in the family who does not have the optimal BMI, it could get very cramped in the bathroom and especially in the shower. Otherwise it is a well equipped house. All the necessary shops and the club cinema are within walking distance.

The accommodation was booked by us for the third time in a row and that alone speaks for itself!!! We particularly like the quiet location and the comfort that the house offers. In the accommodation everything is available, what is needed for a vacation time. The proximity to the beach is the icing on the cake. This accommodation is highly recommended, especially for families with children!
