Already very old. Unfortunately treated very carelessly. Some furniture should definitely be replaced. The kitchen was not cleaned upon arrival, but is well equipped. Laura from Interhome responded very well and quickly on site. Mattresses very dirty and covered with topper. As a result, beds are much too soft. Shower in the parents' bedroom is very small and just 70 cm. T Great location, very close to the center. Still recommended

beautiful villa, but there is a lack of renewal of the material. For example, 90 double beds are good, but a single sheet like for a 160 bed is not very convenient. Replacing a bathtub with a 70 shower is small. Housekeeping is not done properly. I am surprised that there was no intermediate cleaning, provided for in the rent. The smoke detector works well. The alarm was beeping the first night, the battery had to be changed.

One of our holiday destinations for years, earlier with children, now with our dogs. Positive: Secured complex, large house, garage for 2 cars in the villa, whirlpool in the fenced garden, large terrace and a number of shops (bakery, greengrocer, small supermarket and much more) within 5 minutes walking distance. Negative: shower and tub, an absolute disaster (shower much too small and tub collapse risk) whirlpool could also be checked more often.

Nice rental. Very nice location. Garden semi secure the small gate does not close. The villa is pretty but it lacked cleanliness. Lots of dog hair in the house. Pity

We have already repeatedly in the area vacation made. However, for the first time in this house. It is spacious and well equipped and very suitable for family holidays. Unfortunately not cleaned well overall. The dishes had to be partly washed first. The announced intermediate cleaning was also not provided. WLAN just acceptable, approx. download 15, upload 0.5. Pool cleaning was unfortunately insufficient. We were much better used to this from previous stays.

Spacious house, very beautiful decorative garden at the top and very well maintained. The hot tub is very nice. Very large garage for 2 car easy, close to the port but a bit far from the sea.

Five of us (2 adults with three small children aged 3, 5 & 7) spent a week on the Île St Martin. The house is absolutely great and we enjoyed the holidays - it's a pity that they were over after a week...!

We warn now for the 7th time on the Ile Saint Martin and will come again. There are always unforgettable days in the south. You do not need to publish what I am writing to you now: we are used to having professional VIP service, unfortunately we are very disappointed in this regard. We arrived and first had to wash pans and dishes, it was so dirty. We wanted to explain this to the XXX but he didn't listen to us. Too bad.
