Very nice place, but the dog barking at night was not indicated in the description. Empty swimming pool.

Accommodation: Nice at first sight, with large rooms, but too bad, not neat, not maintained. (windows not cleaned, large cobwebs on the ceiling not removed, trash can broken). Ecological swimming pool, not maintained, it only maintains the mosquitoes we are invaded and bitten during our sleep. On the other hand, there is a very beautiful view of the Tuscan landscape from the terrace.

Authentic charm, in the ideal location for visiting Florence and Tuscany. Despite the hot weather, the cottage was very pleasant with its coolness and the free use of its natural swimming pool. The reception by the owner was perfect, facilitated by her knowledge of French.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation not far from Florence, you will not find the most authentic accommodation. This idyllic accommodation can be found in the middle of the Tuscan hills. You are right at home, which is sure to be the case with the informal and friendly reception by the owner! The swimming pond is a dream and always refreshing. So all in all a great place to stay, the best prerequisite for a successful holiday. THANKS again to the owner, her son and Nada!!!

The house is a bit far away we have to take the vehicle every time and the path to get there is very difficult. No flyers for places to visit. Pool very poorly maintained (slips a lot). Mosquito nets in very poor condition. Everything was in its own juice. Not a word of arrival, no small gift from the region when we arrived, not even water in the fridge when we arrived. We had to buy him bottles on the spot. A little disappointed but very quiet place.

It's a place to relax, quiet and yet close to Florence with an incredible view. The welcome is charming and the presence of the owners is discreet and benevolent. I will come back with pleasure

Spacious, very well equipped and comfortable apartment within a vast old property. The terrace is really pleasant with a very beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside.

A spacious apartment decorated with respect for old details, situated on a centuries-old farm on a hill, surrounded by greenery and cypress trees. Idyllic views, natural ecological pool, but with quite cool water (not necessarily for children). Peace and quiet, unobtrusive hostess. Beautiful common part for guests, but closed for the residents of the apartments: (On site, the hostess also provides rooms in the form of XXX for short rentals, mainly used by Italians. A steep climb up the hill. A good base for exploring Tuscany.

Il Poggio is located on top of a hill and the view is phenomenal! The road to it is bumpy, steep and is gravel, always a challenge to get into and descend from it. The apartment is fine, nice large illuminated bedroom. However, we did not know that the pool was located about fifty meters from the apartment and this is a natural swimming pond so is a bit slippery. A nice stay but personally had expected a little more comfort.
