We would particularly like to highlight the house owners, who enriched our stay with their friendly, uncomplicated and courteous manner and who helped us a lot when we had a car breakdown. Your rating scale is not high enough for this. The property is very remote; it takes almost 30 minutes to get to the "nearest" town (Gubbio). Wi-Fi and internet are not available everywhere. We were missing a coffee machine in the lavishly equipped kitchen.

Authentically furnished house from the 16th century, the special mention goes to the gastronomic kitchen, the cleanliness and the great pool, the landlords are incredibly nice and can anticipate your every wish! Be careful: the access is steep and unpaved, an off-road vehicle is required and there are a lot of insects, you should take a mosquito net with you as the windows are only partially insect-proof. You should also be aware that it is very remote.

Fantastically quiet and secluded, old, romantic, large house, lovingly maintained, family-run, incredibly friendly and helpful owners! Great big pool!

The villa with swimming pool lends itself to a fabulous, relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The owners are very kind and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We were 10 adults and one child. The house is very suitable for larger groups. Accommodation corresponds to description. Very secluded with rustic charm. Landlord very nice and always available by phone or lives next door.

The farmhouse is charming and super-equipped for any eventuality, the swimming pool is perfect for relaxation and there is no shortage of opportunities for excursions to nearby cities. Super recommended!

For nature lovers, a lost house in the Umbrian hills about 30 minutes by car from civilization. Large spaces, excellent amenities (kitchen, bar area, library, sheets, towels, swimming pool, etc.). The villa has its own charm, enriched by the extreme availability of the owners, in particular of Mr. xxx, ready to solve any difficulty you may encounter. Ideal for multiple families.
