I have rented many holiday cottages in Calderdale in the past, with my late wife.. I can honestly say this is the most comfortable and well set out holiday home I have ever rented. I shall return without a doubt.

Comfortable, warm, well-equipped.. Stunning views across and down the valley with lovely walks right from the door. Cragg Vale is a lovely spot, criss-crossed with well-waymarked paths. The only nitpick was that the cottage description didn't make it clear that Hove Wood View is the middle cottage in a terrace of three - we thought it would be detached and standing on its own. That said, it was spacious enough and didn't spoil our fortnight. This was the 30th cottage we've stayed in and is one of the best.

The cottage was extremely well equipped and everything one might need on arrival was provided.. The only reason for marking the Comfort down was the restricted headroom in the double bedroom.
