Horizon is a pretty semi detached cottage located on the fringe of the Devon countryside but within a short walking distance of the quintessential village of Strete and the South West Coastal path that is extremely popular with walkers. From here, you can walk to the award winning Blackpool Sands or the nearby Slapton beach and nature reserves or hop on the bus to the historic old town of Dartmouth, only seven miles away. Horizon is family friendly and also welcomes up to two well behaved dogs. Inside, the property is host to many pieces of artwork by a local artist and for those chillier evenings, a romantic wood burner. From the first floor, the views of Start Bay coastline can be seen and admired or explore the pretty village with thatch cottages, listed building and many area's to sit and enjoy a picnic.

Entertainment: TV/DVD Combi, IPod Docking Station, radio.

Family Friendly: A cot, hair chair and stair gate are all provided for use.

Outside: Front and rear courtyards and BBQ available

Parking: Space for one vehicle on driveway, on road parking available outside if required.

General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity is included in the rental price. Supplies for the wood burner can be purchased from the local post office. No Smoking. Bed linen and towels provided. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes No Smoking. Two Pets allowed, please keep downstairs only, please use stair gate if necessary. WiFi Provided. Patchy mobile phone signal.
