There is also a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC as well as an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire for additional heating. The exterior hosts an enclosed patio with outdoor seating and there is also off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. You'll find a shop in 0.9 miles and a pub in 0.3 miles. Squirrels Leap provides the perfect opportunity for exploring Cumbria. Note: This property will accept small infants, but guests will need to bring own mosses basket. Note: The lodge is accessed via four steps. Area
Keswick has plenty to offer those visiting the Lake District at any time of year, with a number of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. There is also miniature golf, the famous Theatre by the Lake and great mountain and biking opportunities. Derwentwater is positioned at the head of Borrowdale Valley and is only a few minutes walk from the town centre. There are plenty of easy rambles and more challenging hikes in the area as well as many attractions to suit the kids, including the Lake District Wildlife Park.
