Situated on the wonderful east coast of Norfolk, Mundesley is a pretty Victorian seaside town boasting beautiful wide sandy beaches, beach huts and scenic walks such as the popular circular walk. In the village itself, you have a fantastic variety of restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes. The village is nestled in the Norfolk Coastal Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads which makes for a superb day out hiring a boat and explore the miles upon miles of scenic waterways. The popular locations of Holt, Cromer, Overstrand and Sheringham are only a short drive away and, if it s some retail therapy you re looking for, the historic cathedral city Norwich is also within easy reach. Enter this modern style holiday home into the hallway which to your right leads to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas so you can gather around and watch or stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV. When it comes to dinner time the dining table has enough seating for up to six guests. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you will need to rustle up a meal for the family with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Completing the layout downstairs is a separate WC. Upstairs on the first floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Finally, there are three bedrooms: a king size, a twin and a single bed all with a chest of drawers and coat racks should you wish to hang up some of your more formal garments. Outside, there is an enclosed garden that has a patio and, should you wish to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining or simply want to soak up the sun with a cold drink in hand, there is a table and chairs for you. There is private off road parking for up to two cars.
