The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six, a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. There is a utility cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer also. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, along with a shower room. Outside there is a large, decked area and allocated parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at the property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 3.1 miles there is a shop and within 1 miles, a pub. Conker's Lodge is a stylish holiday home with lots of on-site amenities to keep you entertained. Note: Holiday makers will have the opportunity to purchase a discounted daily or weekly pass for country club access which includes all the sports, craft, golf and spa facilities at the Manor and Ashbury hotels (subject to any planned closures). No food included. Check-in is from 5pm, check-out is from 10am.

Okehampton is a bustling market town on the outskirts of Dartmoor National Park, among the moor's highest and most dramatic peaks, such as Yes Tor, which climbs to over 2000 feet. Small farming settlements nestle amidst woods and fields with abundance of softly running rivers to the north of Okehampton in the magnificent undulating Devon hills. The fantastic Roadford Reservoir provides a wide range of watersports and fishing options. Okehampton is home to a prominent mediaeval castle overlooking a wooded river valley, the Museum of Dartmoor Life (where Tourist Information is available), and the Okehampton train station, which has been restored to its 1950s glory and runs trains along a scenic route to Meldon, southern England's highest station. The town also offers breathtaking views of Dartmoor, as well as access to wonderful hikes and Simmons Park, which includes a children's adventure playground.
