Situated in the small town of Pont-Saint-Esprit, which is steeped in a fascinating history, this impressive 18th Century château enjoys a fantastic location, close to unspoilt countryside and the banks of the Rhone. It is located on a two hectare plot and boasts a well-maintained garden. Wander along the property's shaded esplanades which take you to the peaceful courtyard and pretty fountain.

You will also benefit from an outside swimming pool (7 x 13 m) and a sauna. Inside the home, there are more than twenty rooms, including eight bedrooms and four bathrooms. It includes two well-equipped kitchens; one is found on the upper floor, whilst the second is on the ground floor, which is not heated. The kitchen on the ground floor benefits from access to the outside pool area. One of the highlights of the home must be the elegant living room, which is a wonderful location for relaxing evenings spent with family or friends.

Pont-Saint-Esprit is not far from the Cévennes and benefits from the pleasant climate of Provence. Be sure to visit the Roman aqueduct in Pont du Gard, the charming village of Uzès or the Chauvet Cave, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the nearby Cèze valley, you can stroll through Goudargues, also known as the Venice of the Gard, and sample delicious local dishes in one of the waterfront restaurants.
