This holiday house is situated optimally on a 3500 square metre plot. It is located on a cul-de-sac with a forest on one side. Due to the elevated location, the house also offers wonderful views of the Vejle Fjord, the Vejle Fjord Hotel and Trelde Næs. The plot slopes downwards right up to the beach. The water is ideal for swimming, fishing and kayaking. The house was originally built in 1942, but was periodically repaired. Two of the three bedrooms in the house offer wonderful views of the fjord. The living room is tastefully decorated and also has a comfortable Morsø stove. Firewood is also available. The covered terrace is located directly in front of the living area and offers a beautiful view of the fjord. The kitchen has a door, which is split in half horizontally and opens onto a terrace facing southwest. The camping area located on the highest part of the plot offers a stunning view of the fjord. The area along the coast is ideal for cycling and mountain biking. There are many wonderful, public sandy beaches where you can go swimming. Store Klit is just 2 minutes away by bike. Kayaking facility is available just 2 km away from the house. The Brejning marina, an 18-hole golf course, a gourmet restaurant and spa services are all available at a distance of 5 km from the house.
