Had a wonderful family holiday but were very dissapointed on arrival.. We arrived at approx 3.30 to find towels in the washing machine, towels in the drier and a pile of wet towels on the worktop. Not one bed was made so before we could settle we had to make every bed from start to finish i.e. sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers. When we came to use the cooker the grill and tray were dirty so we had to clean them. The bungalow is lovely and so is the area but it was a very unwelcoming start to our holiday.

We had a wonderful stay here for New Year 2018/19.. The property is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the huge garden and the pool table. Just a short walk to a lovely beach, which the kids enjoyed in their wellies despite the time of year. Great location to explore Snowdonia, we visited Zip World Forest, Menai Bridge and Aber falls on our trip. Supermarket just 10 mins away and convenience store & pub within walking distance. Would definitely recommend (in fact we already have and they have already booked for nxt New Year)

Absolutely fabulous accommodation which is a lot larger than the photos suggest in my opinion.. Location was excellent. The central heating system works very well, many large radiators electric flame effect fire and electric convector heaters. We were there in December and only used the central heating, no need for additional heaters as the central heating was very efficient. The accommodation had every thing we needed and the garden is massive. The hotel across the way had a good restaurant and bar with friendly staff and locals. A good well supplied local shop for just about every thing including food and drink within a few minuets walk. A very nice Indian restaurant within a few minuets walk along with a fast food outlet just a few minuets further walk. Very steep hill to beach within a few minuets walk, we took the car the second time. Absolutely loved this place, slept very well nice and quiet. will be back, thank you.

Y Berllan is a lovely, spacious cottage in a great position.. It was clean, warm & comfortable. We would definitely go back. Small suggestions to improve our stay would have been... more/larger towels (bath sheets would have been nice) and somewhere to hang tea towels in the kitchen & towels in the main bathroom - small niggles that did not detract from the pleasure of our stay.

The accommodation was exactly what we expected from the pictures on the Internet.. We had a problem with one of the baths which did not drain but Victoria came out the next day and managed to fix it.Victoria was also very helpful when I texted her the week before and she supplied us with two cots and two high chairs.Could do with better instructions regarding the hot water and heating controls, location and settings.

Amazing place to stay - the property was amazing - lots of room and amazing gardens.. The beach, which was minutes away was beautiful and, if staying here, you have to do the coast walk to Ty Coch! Definitely worth the walk as the beach there is one of the best ive ever seen!

We had a lovely week in this cottage, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.. A beautiful beach for our dogs, the only problem we had was we couldn’t let our dogs off leach in the garden as they could get out but tbh we have springers and keeping them enclosed is near on impossible !! Lots of beautiful scenery and beaches our favourite was Aberdaron We will definitely return to this cottage

The property is in a great location and although Nefyn itself isn't geared up for tourists as such we saw that as more of a positive than a negative.. For the amount we paid for our week here the accommodation more than met our needs and our expectations. The communal areas of the house are perfect for a larger party staying here and the pool table was a particular hit with everyone. The large garden is idea for ball games and the well equipped kitchen was a real home from home and the only suggestion we have here is to perhaps think about providing smaller tumbler style drinking glasses as the ones provided weren't suitable for shorts, haha! - If that's the only negative, and it really was, then, for the money, its a complete no brainer. Totally, 100% recommend Y Berllan.

Lovely house in the perfect location but lacks a bit of TLC.. Missing some most basic items. Also not very clean. It’s a shame because £100 and a little TLC could make this a great rental
