After dinner walk through to the lounge with feature glass patio doors, flooding the space with natural light and giving access to the terrace. Relax on comfortable corner sofa, read through the local guides to plan your activities, watch a film on the Smart TV/DVD with Netflix and light the wood burner for cosy nights in. Back through to the hall there are two bedrooms to choose from, the double bedroom and twin bedroom, both with lovely linen, soft towels and designed for a good night s sleep. Enjoy a leisurely shower in the stylish shower room with shower and WC. Follow the gravel path from the door around to the five steps up to the terrace, with table and chairs, charcoal BBQ and lovely views over the paddock. The garden is enclosed for peace of mind with your children and dogs. The middle and top paddocks are home to pigs and sheep some parts of the year and the chicken coup is on the bottom paddock. There is a designated path for you to explore the smallholding and plenty of space to run free and embrace the lovely countryside views. There is ample off road parking at the property, a large lockable shed and an outside tap to wash down your bikes. You can also make use of the property's complimentary parking pass to explore the walking or cycling trials in Coed Llandegla Forest (3.5miles).
