This property is also ideally located for easy access to Cornwall s top beaches and attractions including Widemouth Bay and Tintagel. This spacious family property offers several spaces to enjoy the comforts of a traditional farm property. The lounge area features interesting and factual decor about the history of the area and includes unique cinema style seating and sofas to enjoy watching the TV and DVD. Another space to relax includes the drawing room, this area offers a traditional open fire and piano. The dining room is perfect for entertaining and enjoying family meals, sit around the oak table and experience the warmth of the wood burner in this traditionally styled room with beautiful slate flooring. The traditional farmhouse style kitchen/breakfast room includes ornate oak panelling and shutters, slate flooring and distinctive worktops. There is also a Rayburn for cooking home style meals, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The separate utility area stores the washing and airer if required. You will also find a shower room with WC on the ground floor. This property offers five bedrooms on the first floor, two bedrooms include a double bed with an additional single bed and TV.
