The town also has an interesting castle, and a museum, whilst there are many more fascinating attractions in the surrounding area including the Gwili Steam Railway, Kidwelly Castle, and the stunning Pembrokeshire coast which lies 17 miles away and offers a number of wonderful, wide sandy beaches such as those at Saundersfoot and Tenby.
