Warbrook is a detached barn conversion on the owner's working smallholding, 1.3 miles from the village of Bradworthy in Devon. The cottage sleeps up to five in two bedrooms which are made up of a king-size double with an en-suite bath, and a twin with a day bed and an en-suite shower. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with furniture and a play area. Warbrook is a fantastic cottage for a peaceful holiday.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms with TV: 1 x king-size double with dressing room and en-suite bath, separate shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with day bed and en-suite shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.

With its large village square surrounded by cottages, village shops, garage and pub (renowned locally for its beer and good food), Bradworthy is the perfect example of the typical Devon country village. Off the beaten track and surrounded by the lush green pastures of North Devon, it provides the perfect base for a truly relaxing holiday in an area with several top class visitor attractions.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

This is truly a stunning cottage set in beautiful Devon countryside.. The owners Fiona and David are extremely welcoming, they left a welcome pack in the cottage which was a lovely treat. Warbrook is an wonderful place to stay, the decor is gorgeous with all home comforts, you want for nothing! The donkeys are so friendly and always after a cuddle along with the sheep, goats and cats you feel very relaxed. You are in a great location for visiting other parts of North Devon and Cornwall. The village of Bradworthy has a pub which offers good food, well worth a visit. Fabulous all round package for a super holiday, highly recommended.

The cottage exceeded our expectations and was better than the pictures or write up portrayed.. Perfect hosts, great welcome pack and such a lovely cottage which was so well appointed it exceeded the standard with extras you accustom more with home than a holiday rental. Owners were lovely and the cottage was amazing.. ..spotless and the decor was lovely, so comfortable My grandsons loved the donkeys! The only thing we missed was a clothes horse or a small rotary line to hang out wet beach clothes ..x

Clean, bright, modern property with all the usual facilities.. The owners made us very welcome with a pack of essentials and a home-baked cake. Off the beaten track, but very quiet and private because of that. On a small working farm with a variety of animals and other wildlife so there's always something to see. Good access to Devon and Cornwall for all the attractions once out onto the main roads, not too far from the coast at Bude. Overall, very impressed with the property.

This was a beautiful cottage very well equipped and comfortable and in a lovely part of Devon.. The owners were extremely welcoming but never intrusive. We had a beautiful cake and welcome pack waiting when we arrived which was very thoughtful after a long hot journey!

This converted milking parlour has been lovingly restored.. Attention to all details. The welcome pack on arrival was the best I’ve ever received. A bowl of eggs from the free range chickens on the smallholding, home-made sponge, wine! An especially nice touch included a vase of flowers. The owners are very friendly and made us feel welcome from beginning to end. We can’t wait to have some grandchildren for an excuse to go back to feed carrots to the donkeys!

Wonderful cottage the owner's have furnished it to an exceptional standard and have provided everything you could need for your stay.. Fiona and David were marvellous hosts and were extremely kind and helpful and upon arrival provided us with a welcome pack of food which was unexpected but very gratefully received. Perfect from all aspect.. Hosts left a very generous welcome pack including a home made cake., cottage was amazing comfortable and luxurious. Farm animals made it especially nice watching the chickens sheep and donkeys. We intend to return sometime in the future

The cottage was newly refurbished to a very good standard and well equipped and comfortable. The owners were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the animals on the farm and the peace of the North Devon countryside. The cottage was a good base for exploring the area and there were an interesting range of places to visit within one hours drive.
