Moving down two sets of stair to the ground floor there is a third bedroom. This is a pleasant bedroom with sea views, a double and a single bed, as well as an en suite bathroom with Victorian style roll top bath, built in shower and WC. This en suite can also be accessed from the ground floor hallway. On this floor, you ll find a second living area with sea views, TV, Victorian style fireplace and seating; a small kitchen equipped with a gas cooker and hob, refrigerator and breakfast area. A freezer and washer dryer are also provided. French doors open from the ground floor kitchen on to narrow courtyard with a garden table and chairs. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas plus a lovely veranda, this is the ideal property for two families to share. The villa has a walled garden at the front of the property with high hedges and two small areas of lawns and shrubberies. This is a wonderful place to sit and relax with a real Mediterranean feel or enjoy evening meals on the veranda whilst watching the sailing boats pass by. Cars can be parked in a quiet public car park, which is time restricted, a short walk from the property. Alternatively there is restricted roadside parking nearby.
