Note: The garden is shared with the owners, and they have one dog. Note: The staircase to the first-floor is quite narrow.

It is also recognised as a major yachting centre, with its mediaeval castle (now a World Heritage site) dating back to Edward I's reign and its Victorian pier, jail, and courthouse. Beaumaris is steeped in history and retains a significant portion of its mediaeval street plan. The town's environment, diversity of architectural styles and periods, variable scale, open spaces, varying roofs, and overall quality all add to its charm. In addition to a golf course nearby, the town has a good assortment of stores, restaurants, and public houses, as well as fishing and boating opportunities.
