Area
Port Isaac is a small and picturesque fishing village on the Atlantic coast, until the mid nineteenth century, it was a very busy port, handling goods such as stone, coal and timber. Stunning views of the harbour can be enjoyed whilst walking along the cliff top, whilst the harbour itself provides the perfect spot to relax and while away the hours. The delightful harbourside pubs offer a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. In the summer months fishing trips can be taken from the harbour. The popular ITV series, Doc Martin, is filmed in Port Isaac, and the village was also the location for Poldark.

Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

The Chapel is beautiful its so lovely to get away in the middle of no where and be able to travel to lots of destinations we’d never been to before! The wild life in the gardens such as rabbits in the morning and evening and a gorgeous coloured fox came for visits and we just stood and watched them! Lovely visits to Bude, Bodmin, Port Isaac & many other places we loved it! Thank you xXx Love Cheryl & Mark Hyde xXx

A gorgeous converted Chapel with a lovely courtyard setting amongst trees & shrubs, the surrounding countryside is also beautiful.. The Chapel itself has everything you need & more, such a comfy bed too. The Scones, cream & a bottle of bubbles waiting for us were very much appreciated. Highly recommended to all.

Nice quiet location in this lovingly restored chapel.. Very cosy & surprisingly spacious, lovely comfy bed .The cottage is not too far away from anywhere really. We took our bikes & the owners kindly let us store them in their car port. Had a couple of bike rides direct from the cottage, once to Port Isaac and then across Bodmin Moor to Blisland. The cottage is not too far away from the Camel Trail either for anyone wishing to do use that trail.Walks as well from the cottage,so we didn't use our car much once we got there, except a couple of times in the evening when we ate out., and one day when we took a trip to Polzeath and walked to Rock and back a lovely walk well worth doing. A big thank you to the owners ,lovely surprise when we arrive a bottle of cava, biscuits & box of fudge very welcome.Last but not least lots of pubs in most of the villages catering for our love of real ales.

We stayed here at the end of may - for 6 nights. From the moment we arrived ( my wife, our golden retriver and myself) until our departure we felt completely at home and made most welcome - Anthony our host was charming and very helpful The chapel was absolutely immaculate and comfortable The farm the chapel is on is lovelly and peaceful - very dog friendly and quite but placed perfectly for visiting all the local attractions We enjoyed it so much we are returning there in a couple of months time - but staying in the larger barn - the other accomodation on this farm Just because Sykes had an offer on this property Cant fault this place for relaxing, comfortable and quite break Thank you Anthony and your team
