There is also a utility room with a basin and WC, a sitting room with a large wrap around balcony with furniture, a snug with woodburner, a conservatory and a lower ground floor conservatory with an additional snug area. Outside there is off road parking for eight cars, access on request to a secure double garage for bike storage, a large enclosed lawned garden with different levels and patios with furniture and a charcoal barbecue, a garden room on the lower lawn, a hot tub and a fully undercover swimming pool. The small village of Govilon has a shop and pub/restaurant. The area boasts walks through the Wye Valley, along the Brecon Canal. The picturesque market town of Abergavenny is only three miles away and has a castle with its own museum, churches, an indoor market hall, good shops, pubs and restaurants.
