Outside, there is a first-floor terrace with astro-turf and furniture, and an enclosed rear lawn with furniture. Within 1.7 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Exford, a lovely town in the middle of the Exmoor National Park, lies close by. Exford has a village green, tea rooms, a shop, a Post Office, and two ancient inns providing good food and beverages in a picturesque location by the River Exe.
