Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, with breakfast table, a dining area, sitting room and a sun-room. The mezzanine comes with a Japanese deep bath Spiral staircase Covered Pergola, Outdoor Pizza oven, full BBQ and outdoor kitchen space. Underfloor heating Outside has a front enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture and a barbecue. There are also extensive grounds - including wild outdoor swimming pool, orchard and paddock. Hot tub and sauna available at an extra cost of £240.00 payable directly to the owner. Off-road parking is available for 5 cars. Tickmorend Farm House is a wonderful retreat for large families or a group of friends.
