This place is in a perfect location to explore the area. Things to do include a foot ferry over to Mount Edgecombe, a round of mini golf in West Hoe and a bus trip into Plymouth itself. If you stay here and have a dog with you then restaurants to visit are The Treby Arms, The Fishermans Arms which even has a menu for the dogs and The Clubhouse which I recommend you try the hanging kebabs. If you fancy just relaxing then sit on the balcony overlooking the harbour and just listen to the sounds of the sea. Such a stunning place and I hope to come back

Just returned from a week’s stay at The View. The property is exactly as shown on the pictures. Brilliant attention to detail in every room. A lot of effort has obviously been put into making this perfect for a holiday. We didn’t want for anything while staying here. There were a lot of touches put in to the house for those extras to ensure we were looked after during this COVID-19 times. Antibacterial hand wash supplied throughout, cleaning products supplied such as anti-bac wipes & sprays. Dishwasher tablets & washing tablets supplied. Everything to help with the practicalities. However, the best bit of the house.... the view!! We spent so much time on the first floor balcony just looking out to sea. Watching all the boats come & go. The military fleets going backwards & forwards. There’s also binoculars provided which was again a nice touch. You’re also right next to the Cremyll Ferry so can jump on this at a cost of £4 return, highly recommended. Would say if you had wanted to eat at the pub right next to the Cremyll ferry stop you need to prebook. The property again is ideally located next to the Royal William Yard & we jumped on a ferry from here to the Barbican for £3.50 single.... was a nice trip out. Though walkable too, approx 2 miles away, so we got the ferry there and walked back. We managed to prebook a Tesco delivery to the property so got all of our supplies. We actually used the BBQ 3 times. We had taken our own charcoal but there was some provided by the owner. Would highly recommend this property.
